SHIPPING INFO
Domestic orders ship free. Our default is to ship via UPS Ground, if you require different shipping please email us to request this.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express priced by weight and size of package. Buyer is responsible for customs and duties.
In the case that your package arrives damaged - please photograph the package and damage to the fixture and send them to us in an email. We will work quickly to remedy the situation and file a claim with the shipper.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns will be accepted on any undamaged and uninstalled fixtures within 7 days of date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping + 15% restocking fee. Cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 24 hours of your order. No returns will be accepted on any fixtures with any requested customizations. Your purchase contains a 1 year warranty, the bulb is not included in this warranty.
